With a 3/4″ diameter, solid body, and 8″ long the Frankfurt Paumelle Hinge has a 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″  American standard wing in 1/4″ gage.

This unique hinge has been tested for minus 90 psf (sustained category 5 hurricane) available in 9″ and 7″
